We start with an assessment of the current situation and work with you to arrive at a solution that will meet your needs and fit within your budget. Sometimes that means putting a band aid on your cut finger and figuring out how to deal with your broken leg next.
Assessment
First, we gather information in order to assess the current situation. You can pretty much guess the usual questions:
Is your computer driving you crazy? Is it running too slow? Got popups? Weird things happening?
We can solve those problems in a number of different ways. But next, we like to look at the longer term situation to help you work even better.
